Energy Certificate
The Energy certificate gives independent information about the building’s specific annual energy consume in [kWh/m2a] dimension. We are executing energy labelling of the buildings, issuing the energy label in accordance with 7/2006 (V.24) TNM Decree and 176/2008. (VI.30) Government Decree.
From January 1st 2009 Government Decree 176/2008 obligates issuing energy certificate in the following cases:
• Occupancy permission of the new estates;
• Long term – more than a year period – real estate rentals;
• Buildings with over 1 000 m2 net area, occupied by public authorities and institutions providing public services.
The energy certification of existing buildings, flats which are sold is voluntarily until 31st December 2011, after January 1st 2012 the energy certificate will be compulsory.
The goal of the energy certification is to determine the building’s energy performance with calculation, its comparison with the reference values according to the 7/2006. (V.24.) TNM Decree, and energy labelling from the scale A+ to I, described in the 176/2008. (VI. 30.) percentile scale of the Government Decree.

Certification of the Building Energetic contains:
- Defining the energy consumption systems;
- Survey of the execution;
- Determination of the energy consumption according to 7/2006. (V.24.) TNM Decree;
- Definition of the requirements according to 7/2006. (V.24.) TNM Government Decree;
- Energy labelling according to 176/2008. (VI. 30.) Government Decree;
- Preparation of the energy saving suggestions according to 176/2008. (VI. 30.) Government Decree;
- Energy Certificate.
During the energy certification of a building we study the HVAC system, the building’s heat transfer coefficient, we calculate the specific primer energy use of the building and we make energy labelling for the building too. Afterwards we propose energy efficiency solutions.
