The Comfort Consulting Ltd. was founded in 2004. The company carries out several engineering operations at high level:

• Energy certification and audit of buildings;
• Technical and justice expert examination of building service engineering systems;
• Balancing of hydronic and air systems;
• Checking the building service engineering systems with measuring procedure;
• Revision of the building service engineering equipment (boilers, chillers);
• Making feasibility study for KEOP application and for preparation of investment;
• Distribution of KIMO instruments.

Since the foundation, the company has been taking part in numerous projects therefore it has many references regarding the above mentioned engineering operations. Winning KEOP applications, (several projects has already realized by now), well operating balanced systems and energy audits of buildings which decreased the energy consumption, the results of which show the usefulness of our work.

Our target is to decrease the energy consumption of buildings, because the energy consumption and CO2 emission of buildings have a significant role in the fight against the climate change. In the European Union the energy consumption of buildings is 40% of the whole energy consumption, but if we take into consideration of the similar functional buildings of industry (eg. office buildings) this rate is nearly 50%. These figures show that it is worth examining and taking measures that decrease the energy consumption of buildings. It is particularly true for the Hungarian building stocks, because there are many buildings which operate in an energy-wasting way.

We have connections with several partner companies and one part of the work is made in cooperation with them.

The managing director of the company – Zoltán Magyar, Phd. – has experience going back to several decades, which guarantees the high level of the expert examinations and in other projects as well. At present the managing director is the vice-president of REHVA (Federation of European HVAC associations), therefore we have up-to-date information about the new trends of building service engineering systems.
